All orders will be despatched using our chosen courier service within 3-5 days of your order being placed. Please be aware that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend or a public holiday.
You will be sent a despatch note with estimated delivery date and tracking number, if applicable.
Parcels will require a signature on arrival. In the event that no-one is available to sign for the goods, the carrier will leave notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary re-delivery information. Please note we do not accept responsibility for this.
Please note that International orders may be subject to charges applied at customs. You will be responsible for these charges; we have no control over them and cannot predict the amount, if any.
Return & Exchange Policy

Bespoke items and made to measure or personalised items are not eligible for a refund unless they product is faulty on our part. Please email us in the first instance on info@puppyzone.co.uk

Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund items that have been used, chewed or destroyed by your dog (or dogs friend).
